What is Wise Meadows?
Even before my conversion, I’ve always had a desire to create meaningful content online. YouTube videos, Instagram posts, and personal blogs were surprisingly pivotal in my spiritual journey.
When I returned to the Catholic faith, I leaned heavily on Catholic creators to help me untangle my New Age beliefs and rediscover the beauty and truth of Jesus. While Christ did the deepest work in my heart, it was through the witness of others—sharing their stories, answering the hard questions, and speaking boldly about the faith—that I began to understand Scripture, Church teaching, and the love of God in a whole new way.
That’s what I hope to do here.
I asked God to help me build a space where I could gently expose New Age deceptions and share the wonder, clarity, and peace found in Christ.
Luke 12:27 kept coming to mind: “Consider how the wildflowers grow. They neither toil nor spin…”
And then I stumbled upon a quote from St. Paul of the Cross that stopped me in my tracks (shortened):
“Let everything in creation draw you to God… Listen to the sermon preached by the flowers, the trees, the meadows, the sun, the sky, and the whole universe. You will find that they exhort you to love and praise God.”
That’s when Wise Meadows was born.
It’s a name that speaks to my own journey—from believing the universe was God to realizing that creation only points to Him. Everything changed when I encountered Jesus and the truth of the Gospel.
Now, I see God everywhere—because I finally know who He is.
Not an energy.
Not a force.
But a Person.
A Father.
The Word made flesh.
Jesus is the Way, the Truth, and the Life. No one comes to the Father except through Him.
I don’t know what God will do with this little corner of the internet, but my prayer is simple: That something here draws you closer to Him—into greater peace, joy, simplicity, wonder, and truth.
Because girl, God is alive.
And in the words of St. Hildegard of Bingen (a real G):
"God hugs you. You are encircled by the arms of the mystery of God."
I’m just here to point Him out. 💛

Hi, I'm Evelina!
I like thinking, reading, spending time with friends, and being outside. I just want to help other people find meaning and hope in their lives, which is why I want to introduce people to Jesus and why I created Wise Meadows. Jesus is absolutely real, and He saved me from demons. (Not joking!)
God has been VERY merciful and kind towards me, so my dream is to be share all the cool things He's doing in my life with you to hopefully inspire and encourage you, and pass along any knowledge and insight I've gained throughout my 27 years.
I often feel like that girl from Mean Girls who just has a lot of feelings and wants everyone to get along, lol.
Let's all just bake a cake made out of rainbows and smiles and eat it and be happy, huh? Who's with me?
Other fun facts about me:
- I have a crazy orange cat named Jude, and I named him after St. Jude, the patron saint of impossible causes, b/c he was a very mischievous kitten!
- My family is Polish and both my parents are immigrants
- I'm the youngest of three, and my siblings are 10 and 18 years older than me!
- My go-to meal when I'm too lazy to cook is Honey Boo-Boo spaghetti (yes, it's spaghetti with a sauce made out of salted butter, ketchup, and spices) Don't knock it 'til you try it!
- I have a bachelor's degree in Media Studies and Production and once made a short film for class about a travelling banana ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
